No booking fees, no commission, no cleaning surcharge. A £200 refundable damage deposit is pre-authorised on a card before arrival and released after checkout — nothing is charged.

Booking for a company

1. Send the dates

Who is coming, when, and for how long. The form below, an email, or a call — whichever is quickest for you.

2. Same-day quote

Availability confirmed and a written quote sent the same working day, with the total and what it includes.

3. Invoice or card

An invoice to the company, paid by bank transfer, with your PO number on it if you use them. Or a card, if that is simpler.

4. They arrive

Check-in details go to whoever is staying. If the placement overruns, message us and we hold the dates.

One person, weeks at a time

A Super King bed, the second bedroom as an office, a kitchen so they are not eating out every night, and a washer/dryer so they are not paying hotel laundry.

Two colleagues

A bedroom and a bathroom each — one ensuite — with a shared living room and kitchen. Two hotel rooms for less than the price of one.

A crew of three or four

Both beds split into singles: four single beds, everyone with their own, two bathrooms between them. Free parking for the van.
